The products are checked by material and process inspection before leaving the factory and meet the standards confirmed by both parties. If you sign for the spot refrigerator magnets, mobile phone holders or bookmarks and find that there are transportation damages, missing accessories or obvious process defects, please contact the exclusive customer service within seven working days after signing for them, and provide clear photos or video certificates. After verification, you will be reissued or returned.

Customized products need to be produced separately according to the confirmation drawings. In principle, non-quality problems are not accepted without reason. Please carefully check the design draft, size and material description before placing an order. Some products that use glue, laser or AR interactive functions, their color rendering, light refraction effect and scanning code response speed are affected by process characteristics and ambient light, which is normal process performance.
